Southbourne sits between Bournemouth and Christchurch on the South Coast of England. It’s a popular place to relax by the sea. Situated in Bournemouth University’s Lansdowne campus, our centre is within easy walking distance of the beach and the town centre. Bournemouth is a young and vibrant town with a relaxed atmosphere. Its location on the south coast makes it easy to explore much of the UK. Students will enjoy excursions to some famous cities, including London,Oxford and Bath. The centrally located campus offers excellent modern facilities. Students stay in high quality, single ensuite bedrooms in our safe and secure residence, where St Giles staff are always around to supervise.

The King’s School has a history dating back to 597AD, making it Britain’s oldest boarding school. The school is in the grounds of Canterbury Cathedral and St Augustine’s Abbey – both World Heritage Sites – right in the heart of the medieval town centre of Canterbury. Our English Plus Tennis and Fencing options are held at Canterbury. Students can opt to take 5 hours of professional tennis and/or 5 hours of fencing lessons for young learners.

Our residence based at UCL, London’s most famous university, is located in the heart of the city in fashionable Bloomsbury. Although located in the centre of London, it is famous for its array of gardens and parks which make it relatively peaceful for a big city. This is what makes it ideal for students looking for the London university experience in a supervised yet more independent environment. The campus offers excellent learning and recreational facilities such as playing fields and a sports hall which is only a short walk away. Students have the chance to experience everything London has to offer with an exciting activity programme that includes excursions to some of London’s top attractions such as a Thames River Cruise and the London Eye.

The home of Robin Hood, Nottingham is ideally located to experience the UK with trips to Manchester, York and Cambridge. Our centre is based at the University of Nottingham - ranked in the UK's top 10 and the world's top 100 universities. Nottingham offers younger learners a safe and secure stay with teaching and accommodation all close together on a beautiful self-contained campus set in 330 acres of sculptured parkland. The campus offers exceptional sporting facilities just a few minutes’ walk from the accommodation, including tennis courts, an indoor swimming pool and playing fields. Our English Plus Football option is held at Nottingham. Students can opt to take 5 hours per week of professional football or tennis coaching for young learners.

St Giles Oxford is based on the beautiful, green and modern campus of Oxford Brookes University. Based at one of the UK's leading modern campuses, St Giles Oxford junior centre offers high standards of accommodation, leisure and teaching facilities. This is a safe and secure campus, with plenty of green outdoor space to relax and enjoy our exciting social programme. The classrooms, student houses and leisure/dining facilities are all within walking distance from each other, and are located just a 20-minute bus ride from the centre of Oxford.

The Linguaviva Centre, founded in 1977, is located in the heart of Dublin city, in an elegant Georgian building. One of the main attractions of Linguaviva is that it is within walking distance of all the main cultural sites and shopping areas and is easily accessed by public transport. The school is one of Ireland’s most reputable English language schools, attracting students from all over the world. Linguaviva is recognised by ACELS, a service of QQI (Quality and Qualifications Ireland), a statutory body of the Department of Education and Skills for English language teaching.

We are an international English language and activity summercamp based in Oxford.
