Lessons & Teaching
It was quite good and funny; I liked teachers’ trying to make students to communicate and share ideas in order to be open-minded. However, some tasks weren’t matching to group level (too easy sometimes). In addition, I was wrongly assigned to a lower level group (A2 or A1) despite that I was in group B2 when studying in London Embassy Summer that we were at right before coming to Oxford ES camp. Here is an additional point to consider: it was sad that both camps in London and Oxford had no group for a C1 level as I personally aimed to study the course on a stage I was on.
Facilities
We had every facility we managed to demand;
Accommodation
It was cleaned often but the window seemed to be missed because some pest and insects dropped into a room usually. Nevertheless, bed was comfortable and clean as an air that was easy to breath.
Food
Food quality was quite good but pork was the only food to eat in some days; and I had to stay hungry as I am a Muslim and don’t use to eat pork;
Social & Activities
I really liked crowd sports and excursions to a city; In addition, we always had an option in case we didn’t like one activity, so usually having something to spend time for; However, some of activities weren’t organized due time (probably, it was caused by a huge number of students)
Staff
Staff was really friendly and hospital;
Safety
It was safe; fence, security, etc. All of it was present and in use;
Overall Experience
My trip to the Oxford very nice, I liked the town itself and people living there (staff, too, of course). All the stuff related to camp was mentioned above, thank you))

I’ll teachers qualified friendly enjoyed working with them and the kids were happy too.
Facilities
Beautiful school, classrooms were very hot though, no air-conditioning, so not a very pleasant environment to study in, at times, though.
Accommodation
Nice clean but basic rooms. Guess it was enough though.
Food
Good amounts good variety but still lacking taste and flavors. :)

Kids were very busy very tired in the evening which is good so this was great everyone was happy awesome activity leaders too!

The best one was William he was a good teacher who talk to us like adult but the others one treat us like kids if you came here and you are 16/17/18 you will be treated like a kid it’s the worst experience in my life I wish I could go back to Morocco tomorrow

Courses
General English Course
Accommodation
Single standard rooms with shared bathroom ratio of 1:5 to 1:6. Rooms grouped in flats of 5 or 6. Each room contains a single bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. Residential buildings close to teaching facilities and dining hall.
Teaching and Lessons
At Embassy Summer we have designed our English courses to ensure students make the most inside and outside the classroom, with particular emphasis on communication skills to improve their listening and speaking abilities. Our friendly, qualified and experienced teachers ensure the lessons are engaging and fun, using technology and computers in some of our centres to enhance the teaching. Classroom activities include role-play, pair-work, group-work and projects. Students will also learn about their trips and excursions in class and will have the opportunity participate in challenges during these to maximise their learning and progress. Students take an English test on first day of classes to ensure they are placed at the appropriate level.

I absolutely loved first week and my group, teachers (Sophie, Vilam), everything. Second week I was in new group with all new people and two new teachers. I wanted to be in group at least with two persons I knowed.

I think that bathrooms need to be a little bit better.

First week food was ok, sometimes to spicy. Second week when new groups came waiting line was too long and we needed to wait almost a hour to get breakfast/lunch/dinner. Also second week food was tasteless.

I liked hanging out with my friends at activities but it lasts too long.

Animators were great.
Safety
Too much safety (strict rules).

I will miss people from here every day of my life.

The lessons were decent, the topic were sometimes great, sometimes a little bit boring.

Great university, great facilities, fast Wi-Fi, but sometimes it can be a little bit hot.

The room was OK, there is actually a kitchen, but the room is a little bit hot sometimes.

Sometimes fine, sometimes terrible, rarely good. The salad is a disaster.

Inefficient organization is a given with a program this size.

The teachers were very good and I learned, not only things about the topics but also important issues about life and I am really pleased and happy for that. Much as, a thing to improve, from my point of view, are the topics.
