English Study Camps is a part of Wimbledon School of English. Wimbledon School of English was established in 1964 and is one of the oldest English language schools in the UK. It is consistently named by the EL Gazette as one of the top performing English language schools according to British Council inspection results. Pangbourne College is a beautiful boarding school located in Berkshire. It’s just over an hour from London and is set in 230 acres in an ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’

Accommodation

We know how important it is to feel at home in your accommodation. In our boarding houses at Pangbourne College, we have dedicated house parents and staff in each house to look after the students and their welfare. Boarding houses are located a short walk from the classrooms, dining room and sports facilities.

Teaching and Lessons

18 hours per week class-based lessons - 12 hours Explore English Plus or Global Citizenship Plus (Min B1+) - 6 hours Plus courses All students study a Main Study (Explore English) programme for 12 hours and the 'Plus Course' of their choice for an additional 6 hours. Students may choose a different 'Plus Course' each week or study on the same course for up to 4 weeks. This programme starts any Monday, and English class levels are from Elementary to Proficiency (A2 – C2). Please note we cannot accept beginners (A1)
