Humboldt-Institut / Heessen

The spacious course center area in Heessen Castle combines tradition and modern comfort and offers our young students a great variety of leisure time opportunities. The former manor of knights is surrounded by lush green meadows, trees, rivers, as well as a small island on the Lippe River. In addition to the Gothic three-winged main building, the gorgeous castle premises comprise a modern school building and the students’ dormitories.

Accommodation

Our students are housed in the castle’s dormitories in twin rooms with shared facilities. Three main meals and two snacks per day are provided for our juniors in the school canteen, which has been certified by the German Nutrition Society.
