Famed for giving its name to the Greenwich Meridian and Greenwich Mean Time, it is home to the National Maritime Museum and the Cutty Sark, as well as the stunning University of Greenwich. First founded in 1890, the University of Greenwich is one of the UK’s most dynamic and improving institutions. Split over two sites, the University of Greenwich provides the best of both worlds in terms of brand-new accommodation, food hall and facilities, as well as stunning 17th Century buildings and grounds which are a dedicated UNESCO World Heritage Site

15 hours of English lessons per week

Accommodation

Residential Students will stay in the heart of Greenwich, in comfortable single, en-suite rooms with access to a communal living area and kitchen. There is wi-fi throughout the building as well as in each study bedroom. A short walk from the accommodation sits the main university campus, where students eat their meals and have lessons.

Teaching and Lessons

Our philosophy is to educate, encourage and help our students enjoy our course towns. It is often a case of helping students to ‘come out of their shell’, increasing their con dence in using english and providing an opportunity to use it in meaningful situations, both in the classroom and outside while socialising with students from many different countries.
