Summer Camp

15 hours of English / week (Mon-Fri) Excursions + activities

Horse Riding Academy

Students attending the Academy will be fully immersed in all things equestrian. The Academy includes both Horse Riding and Horse Care as part of each session. Boys and girls on each course will be assessed on their skill and confidence and the horses they ride will be selected for them based on this information. Trained veterinarians will be on hand to take care of the horses’ medical needs but students will be instructed on the general care of horses on each course. Students will be involved in

Golf Academy

The Ardmore Golf Academy offers golf loving students the opportunity to have professional coaching in English. Special emphasis is placed on techniques and skills. We have fantastic facilities at our specialist golf centres.

Dance Academy

Each of the sessions have the same core elements which help students improve key skills such as confidence, flexibility, range of motion, coordination and much more. In addition to this students learn a dance routine for a song chosen by them, and bringing their own imagination to their group, create a show for the final day of the course.

Teaching and Lessons

During their time at Ardmore we help students improve their communication skills. Therefore lessons include plenty of opportunities for students to use the language. Classroom activities include role-play, pair-work, group-work, group projects, surveys, questionnaires and games. Each workbook contains eight topics and all students in each of the six levels study the same topic each day. Topics have been designed to be interesting and relevant to our young learners and every day they study something new. Through studying the same topics, different levels and groups continue talking about what they have learned outside of the classroom and they can be linked to activities.
