Our centre is located on the Northridge campus of California State University, also known as CSUN, situated in the Los Angeles San Fernando valley. The campus has excellent sports facilities with outdoor sand volleyball and basketball courts, an outdoor swimming pool and plenty of areas around the campus for games and activities.

Accommodation is located in a new residential block with a multi games room, café and mini-supermarket all within easy reach. One main residential building over 5 floors with both twin en-suite and standard rooms. Standard and en-suite rooms have a shared bathroom ratio of 1:4. Each room contains a single bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. All rooms have air-conditioning. Residential buildings close to teaching facilities and dining hall.

At Embassy Summer we have designed our English courses to ensure students make the most inside and outside the classroom, with particular emphasis on communication skills to improve their listening and speaking abilities. Our friendly, qualified and experienced teachers ensure the lessons are engaging and fun, using technology and computers in some of our centres to enhance the teaching. Classroom activities include role-play, pair-work, group-work and projects. Students will also learn about their trips and excursions in class and will have the opportunity participate in challenges during these to maximise their learning and progress. Students take an English test on first day of classes to ensure they are placed at the appropriate level.
