Embassy Summer / Gatton Park

Located at Royal Alexandra and Albert boarding school in the grounds of Gatton Park, a country estate of 450 acres of beautiful parkland in the county of Surrey. It is a traditional boarding school in a rural setting with dormitory rooms suitable for younger students with excellent facilities including a sports hall, indoor swimming pool, tennis courts and plenty of outdoor space for activities.

Several single sex boarding houses Dormitories of 2 to 6 beds. Shared bathroom ratio of around 1:5 students. Each room contains single beds, wardrobes, desks and chairs. Larger rooms have bunk beds. Computer suite available for student use in the evenings.

At Embassy Summer we have designed our English courses to ensure students make the most inside and outside the classroom, with particular emphasis on communication skills to improve their listening and speaking abilities. Our friendly, qualified and experienced teachers ensure the lessons are engaging and fun, using technology and computers in some of our centres to enhance the teaching. Classroom activities include role-play, pair-work, group-work and projects. Students will also learn about their trips and excursions in class and will have the opportunity participate in challenges during these to maximise their learning and progress. Students take an English test on first day of classes to ensure they are placed at the appropriate level.
